Sirora Shipping Policy
At Sirora, we take the utmost care to ensure that your orders are delivered to you safely and quickly. The details regarding the shipping process and delivery are outlined below. These policies are designed to protect the rights of both our customers and our company.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is free for orders above a certain amount (which may vary depending on campaigns). For orders below this limit, the shipping fee is automatically calculated at checkout and added to the total amount.
Sirora reserves the right to update or cancel free shipping campaigns at any time.
Delivery Time
Orders are handed over to the shipping company within a maximum of 7 business days after payment is confirmed.
The delivery time may vary depending on your region; generally, orders are delivered within 7–15 business days after dispatch.
The stated times are estimates, and Sirora cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the relevant courier company’s website.

Missing or Damaged Items
When receiving your order, it is important to check whether the package has visible external damage. If you detect any damage, you must ask the courier to prepare a report and refuse delivery.
In case of missing or damaged items, you must contact our support team. After the necessary review, the missing or damaged items will be resent to you free of charge. However, Sirora cannot be held responsible for damages or missing items identified after the delivery has been accepted.
Shipping in Case of Returns
If a return is required due to a mistake on Sirora’s part or an issue that occurred during shipping, the return shipping fee will be covered by us. For all other return requests, the shipping fee must be covered by the customer.
Returns that do not comply with our return policy may not be accepted.
Absence of Recipient at Delivery Address
If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier company may leave your order at the nearest branch. You must collect your order from that branch within the specified time frame. Otherwise, the order may be returned to Sirora, and the cost of re-shipment will be borne by the customer.
